The Talent Tour lands in Granada with more than 60 activities to promote young talent, featuring art and culture as the main highlights

The presentation of the Talent Tour took place today in Granada. Co-organized by the Princess of Girona Foundation, the Granada City Council, and Granada European Capital of Culture 2031, the event will transform the city into a hub for young talent through a broad, multidisciplinary program, with art and culture serving as the core pillars of this stop.
Attending the presentation were the Mayor of Granada, Marifrán Carazo and the Talent Tour Director, Jordi Estruga. Also speaking at the event were the CEO & Founder of TRIVU (the entity behind the Tour), Pablo González, and the Director of Awards at the Princess of Girona Foundation, Ingrid Aznar, along with representatives from collaborating organizations and local cultural, social, and business leaders.
The 2026 Talent Tour—which has already visited Sant Boi–Baix de Llobregat, Huesca, and Alcalá de Henares this year with over 30,000 young participants, will arrive in Granada from April 21 to 30. It features more than 60 training activities for young people centered around five major pillars: academic and professional guidance; culture, art, and creativity; science, technology, and innovation; sports and values; and social commitment, equality, and citizenship.Additionally, this year’s Tour is working to leave a legacy in every region it visits, driving actions that extend its social and educational impact and foster greater participation of young talent in local initiatives.
From Tuesday 21 April, a pre-event programme will take place, combining workshops, cultural tours, participatory activities and networking opportunities, with the aim of fostering the spirit of the Tour from day one: discovering young talent and providing real-world tools to boost its growth.
Employability and career guidance: Forum, Talent Sessions and Job Fairs in Granada
The Talent Tour program in Granada will also strengthen the employability and career guidance pillar, with activities designed to connect young people with the labor market and support them in making decisions about their future.
One of the highlights will be the Talent Forum, held on Monday, April 27, at the University of Granada’s Faculty of Economics and Business. This space is designed for university and Vocational Training students to reflect on their future and learn from real-world experiences in entrepreneurship, leadership, and social impact. The forum will feature speakers such as Anabel Antela , Community Lead at TRIVU, and Raúl Berdonés , Executive Chairman of Secuoya and the Secuoya Foundation, alongside mentoring and self-leadership sessions with experts like Lola Vidal, Professor at the University of Granada and specialist in team coaching and leadership.
This practical approach will be completed with Speed Mentoring – Connections that matters. This dynamic session will allow participants to identify their strengths and engage in brief conversations with companies and professionals to expand their networks and gain clarity on the professional world. These will be joined by the ‘Talent Sessions,’ featuring content focused on boosting employability and preparing for the evolving job market. The sessions will include contributions from AECOC Head of Talent Management, Diversity, and Employability Maite Saeta, who will discuss professional profiles and job opportunities. Additionally, Academic and Career Guidance Specialist Cristina Galán and Princess of Girona Foundation Ambassador Paco Rivero will explore the keys to self-leadership and emotional intelligence applied to professional development.
Additionally, the Tour includes the Granada International Employment Fair at the Palacio de Congresos. This flagship event connects companies and institutions with active job seekers, providing real job openings, guidance, and workshops to streamline labor market entry, alongside specialized job fair activities focused on boosting local talent. This will be complemented, a few days later, by the Career Guidance Fair that will be promoted at the La Presentación FESD School, held alongside the Granada Chamber of Commerce. Finally, the program includes guidance sessions such as‘Mañana Seré’(I Will Be…). Organized by the University of Granada, these sessions provide information and support on university admissions, academic procedures, and career choices through a series of conferences, workshops, and information hubs.
Cultural highlights: Grenada as a creative stage for young talent
The Grenada Talent Tour will feature a standout cultural program, specifically designed to bring art and culture closer to young audiences and to highlight creativity as a driver for the future.

Among the most anticipated events are the Teatro Real Lyric Concert and the Teatro Real Float, taking place on April 22 at the Caja Rural Granada Foundation and on Thursday, April 30, at the Palacio de Congresos esplanade, respectively.On stage, Amigos del Teatro Real Foundation Crescendo Program young talents will perform some of the best-known arias in the operatic world. The city will also host an artistic proposal deeply rooted in its cultural identity: the ‘Youth Talent Activation’ performance… Dance”, a flamenco event held at the heart of Sacromonte, in the Auditorium of La Chumbera, young singing, dancing, and guitar talents, the performance represents the creative force of Granada flamenco through a contemporary lens.
Likewise, the cultural program will feature activities linked to the Granada Book Fair, such as a meeting with European young poets. This initiative connects Granada’s cultural dimensions with its bid for 2031 European Capital of Culture
Another of the relevant events will be the Tour’s participation in the White Night, featuring activities such as ‘La Noche de los enigmas’ at the Granada Archaeological and Ethnological Museum. This cultural and interactive game invites participants to discover the museum’s collection through clues and challenges.
Urban culture will also take center stage with activities such as K-Pop exhibitions and dance and artistic expression performances in public spaces. These events reflect the diverse creative languages young talent uses to express itself today.
Inspiration, science, innovation and development of young talent
The Talent Tour will also offer activities centered on inspiration, science, and social commitment, blending educational experiences with interactive opportunities.
The ‘Princess of Girona Inspires‘ initiative will bring young people closer to real-life stories from Foundation award winners who have made an impact in fields such as art, education, technology, and social entrepreneurship. Featured speakers include 2014 Princess of Girona Arts Award Winner and international artist Hugo Fontela, whose work connects art and nature through a contemporary, poetic, and committed lens, and 2017 Princess of Girona Arts Award Winner and internationally recognized visual artist Juan Zamora, whose creations use experimentation and primary materials to reflect on life, death, love, and the fragility of our environment.
Likewise, Granada will host STEM initiatives such as Desgranando Fest. This science outreach festival offers interactive workshops, hands-on experiences, and public space activities that bridge science, culture, and education to foster scientific vocations and make science accessible and practical for young people.
The program will also include a visit to CIMCYC, which will explore methodologies and tools used by more than 150 mind, brain, and behavior research professionals, showcasing how Granada has become a leader in this field. Meanwhile, the IFMIF-DONES project, one of Europe’s most advanced scientific facilities, will present the land, construction work and prototypes currently under development for future fusion power reactors. This initiative brings students closer to cutting-edge science and its transformative applications.
In addition, workshops such as Seré Ingeniera (I Will Be an Engineer) organized by the University of Granada, will promote stem vocations among young people by teaching them programming and electronics. These will be joined by equality workshops and intergenerational, heritage, and memory activities, as well as sports days. Alongside, they create a comprehensive program to inspire young people, develop their talent, and unlock new academic, scientific, and social opportunities.
Educational expedition
Within the framework of the Talent Tour in Granada, the Princess of Girona Foundation will organize an educational expedition from April 27 to 29, aimed at boosting young teaching talent. More than 30 young people from all over the country will participate in this training experience that includes a visit to the CEE Purísima Concepción, winner of the Princess of Girona School Award 2023, a leading centre that shows how innovation and commitment can transform education. The program will conclude with visual thinking workshops, teaching innovation sessions, and effective communication training, as well as participation in the various Talent Tour activities taking place across the city.
Partners and alliances
The Talent Tour 2026 is organized by the Princess of Girona Foundation and features TRIVU as the promoting entity, alongside the collaboration of Microsoft, Davante, Clear Channel, Sabadell Foundation, and Ibercaja Foundation. The Talent Tour 2026 in Granada is co-organized with the Granada City Council and the Granada 2031 European Capital of Culture Consortium, with the collaboration of the Granada Chamber of Commerce, Cesur, the Granada Provincial Council, Caja Rural Granada Foundation, Cajasol Foundation, Secuoya Foundation, and Lactalis España-Puleva.
Thanks to these alliances, in its four years of existence, the Talent Tour has become a benchmark event for young talent. More than 120,000 participants who have already been part of the Tour have been able to develop skills such as emotional management, teamwork or leadership, expand their network of contacts or boost their entrepreneurial spirit. Young people who have had the opportunity to connect with stories and professionals who have inspired them to achieve their purposes or to create a positive impact on society.
