The 3rd LATERAL Art Fair: where the improbable is brought to life in Granada
12 February 2026
The fair, which is in full swing throughout the city until 15 February, brings together a network of over 40 creative spaces championing a new way of engaging with art and culture.
Expect hanging ceramic “hams”, a bespectacled fish with legs that looks as though it has escaped from a wild dream, and a bench inviting two people to sit and enjoy the rainy weather in a romantic setting. All of this is happening in Granada. And no, this is not an overstated metaphor’s the third edition of the LATERAL Art Fair, where the improbable is given free rein for four days.
From Wednesday 11 to Sunday 15 February, the city will undergo a profound transformation. The University of Granada’s School of Architecture (ETSAG), in the Campo del Príncipe square, will serve as the fair’s epicentre. The programme also includes events at the Federico García Lorca Centre, as well as in the Realejo neighbourhood, where shops and window displays have become a natural extension of
the fair.
